Quiet Time

Quiet moments farming are rare, but they make us smile. This years ewe lambs resting under the shade tree after moving to a new pasture. You may notice that one of these “ewes” doesn’t look like the others. That is Sky, our ever faithful lamb nanny. Every year she takes care of the lambs and loves them as her own, I’m not sure what we would do without Sky and our other hard working guardian dogs. Sky is 8 this year and starting to slow down but is one of our best guardians. She cares for her flock and keeps them safe. They like their constant companion and she loves her job.
